Please be assured that the precautions we are taking not only cover food hygiene but also pan team communication, coordination and management. A few of our safety measures across all roasteries include: 

  1. Making sure our staff are regularly washing their hands every half an hour for at least 20 seconds and using hand sanitiser regularly
  2. Wiping down spaces, including commonly touched surfaces like door handles, with alcohol-based disinfectant very regularly
  3. Monitoring the health of all our employees at regular intervals and conducting checks at the start of every shift
  4. Conducting trainings for all our staff members about best practices to follow at work and at home
  5. Making sure that staff members who are required to wear gloves are disposing them at regular intervals
We are also making sure that all our products are sanitised and stocked in a touch-free environment 14 days before any dispatch for our online platforms.
