Returns and Cancellations
At Home Blend Coffee Roasters, we strive to provide our customers with the finest quality roasted coffee beans. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or cancel an order. We are here to assist you in such cases and have outlined our Returns and Cancellations Policy below:
Returns Policy:
We are proud of the coffee we sell and hope that you like it as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any coffee purchase you have made from our website, simply contact us before your order has been dispatched on sales@homeblendcoffee.com for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account provided the coffee you have ordered is a Whole Bean Product and Not Ground. In case you would like to refund a product delivered to you for any reason, a video unboxing at the time of receiving the order is mandatory for us to reconcile any discrepancies due to shipping or logistics partners and a refund will only be provided basis unboxing video and a proper enquiry and case resolution by us with our delivery partners.
Please make sure to include:
- Your name Date of purchase
- The items you would like refunded
- The reason for the return (optional, but we’ve love to use your feedback to improve our products)
Please note:
- All coffee packets should be returned back to us in case of refund.
- All brewing equipment can only be refunded if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition
- Refunds for coffee subscription purchases will be on prorated based on the number of shipments remaining
- Refunds are initiated within 3-5 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or replacement, as per your preference. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and ensure that you receive the correct item promptly. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at +91 9999999646 / +91 8130048100 or sales@homeblendcoffee.com You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment or send you a replacement product, as per your request.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made before the order is roasted

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order any time before it has been roasted. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@homeblendcoffee.com or +91 9999555646. We will refund the full purchase amount to the original method of payment.
- Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon receiving the product, following our Returns Policy.
